A calzone is simply a pizza folded in half to make for a neat and easy to eat Italian meal. Sometimes I buy them and sometimes I make them. They are much easier than you would think!
Start by flouring a cutting board or counter:
Roll pre-made (I purchased mine) pizza dough into a circle
Spread with your sauce of choice. I used buffalo wing sauce.
Add your protein. I went with shredded chicken breast.
Add veggies. I added strips of red pepper.

We can't forget the cheese!
Fold in half and crimp the edges
Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown.
