With an abundance of bread around my kitchen lately I am left with a very important question, what should I have with my grilled cheese today?
I love grilled cheese. Crusty warm butter brushed bread surrounding gooey rich deliciously melty cheese, what’s not to love?
I often eat grilled cheese when I am too
busy lazy to cook anything more.
Occasionally I get creative and use fancy cheeses or unique combinations but 9 times out of ten it’s the simple ratio of two slices of bread with cheese in the middle.
On a warm day I often pair it with some fresh fruit or vegetables.
And when the weather is cooler nothing goes better with grilled cheese then tomato soup.
