Healthy Super Couponing- Berries Part 2

Looking for an inexpensive meal?  How about berry pancakes! 

They are delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner and with a few add ons and nutritional enhancements they can be a great and healthy option any time.

Start with Bisquick Heart Smart.  Prepare the recipe as on the box except substitute almond (or soy milk) for the water and add a tablespoon of flaxseed.  More nutrition and less fat!

Put the batter into a lightly greased pan and then add the berries on top.  I used blackberries but you could use whatever you have on hand.

Mix a little maple syrup with more berries

And enjoy!
