Take Out Part Two:
Stretching a take out meal into many smaller meals is easy, saves money and provides correct portions.
Tuesday night for dinner I ate: 1/2 Chicken Pesto Calzone, 2 cups salad and a diet coke
For lunch Wednesday I ate: 1/2 Chicken Pesto Calzone, 1 apple
For dinner Wednesday night I took the rest of my leftover salad, added 6 ounces of grilled chicken, 1 chopped tomato, 1 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 a red onion to make dinner for two.
