100-Calorie Snacks & Add-Ons

Fruits and Vegetables:

2 cups raspberries
1 cup mango
28 grapes
1 cup blueberries
1/2 medium cantaloupe
15 strawberries dipped in 1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
1/2 small apple with 2 tsp peanut butter

45 steamed edamame
1/2 red bell pepper dipped in 3 tbsp hummus
3 cups of salad greens mixed with one tablespoon low-fat dressing
1/2 avocado
1 small baked potato
12 baby carrots with 2 tbsp light Kraft Ranch Dressing
1 large ear corn on the cobb
