First and foremost Happy Groundhogs Day! And perhaps Happy Snow day for those that live in Chicago and could possibly have the day off due to this crazy weather...
We all know that we should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water per day for good health and proper hydration.
We all try, but to honest, sometimes I find plain water just plain boring and I need a little flavor. Here is one of my favorite ways to get a little low-cal liquid refreshment:
Fill your glass 1/2 fill of diet tonic water:
Add 1/4 cup of orange juice.
Add ice to the top and enjoy! 16 ounces of hydration and only 30 calories :)
